I have gone through four other cleaning services in Medina in the past two years. There is a reason I no longer use any of them, poor quality of service. Lots of items not done, if done not done completely, had bottles of dusting oil left on top of my husband\’s laptop, permanent damage done to my stove from aggressive scrubbing (after I had to complain about inadequate cleaning for weeks before that, which resulted in it needing aggressive scrubbing to make up for the poor job done in the past), trash left on floor, you name it. i have had Petal Sweet for a few months now and am very pleased with the quality of the clean and the professionalism of the staff.
