What is the Secret Shopper Program?
This program was established for a select group of clients willing to provide feedback on our employees’ work and scheduling flexibility in exchange for our high quality cleaning services at a discounted rate.
Quality feedback is critical to our business model. While our management team does routine inspections, it’s our clients that can provide the most fair and comprehensive feedback since you are the one receiving the service. By agreeing to a flexible schedule, this allows us to fill gaps in our schedule and keep our cleaners busy.
- “Full-pay clients” come before our secret shoppers (schedule-wise). We’ll do our best to keep your cleanings on a specific day but this is where the “flexibility” part comes in. Therefore as a secret shopper, you fully understand that we may reschedule your cleaning and on rare occasions, have to skip a cleaning for that week.
- Cancellations happen. When they do, we may ask you to move to that spot on our schedule to keep our cleaning techs working. This help us keep our employees happy and earning with full work schedules.
- If you have an upcoming event or something pressing and you really need your home cleaned, please notify us ahead of time so that we can do everything in our power to make sure that cleaning doesn’t get moved. As we appreciate your flexibility, we understand your cleaning needs as well.
- We will be sending a mixture of new and experienced cleaners to your home. All cleaners are trained the same way so there should not be any difference in the quality of the cleanings.
- After each cleaning, you will go to a private link on our website where you fill out an online quality assessment form and provide feedback both for when you receive a 5 star cleaning and for those instances when you may not. Your honest feedback helps us to improve both the client and cleaner experience and satisfaction.
Secret Shoppers will provide critical feedback using a form similar to the one above.
Even though we aren’t making a profit on cleaning your home, you’ll be helping us tremendously with direct feedback on our techs’ performance, online reviews, and gap scheduling, so we thank you!
