August 7, 2022We have been using Petal Sweet for about 2 years. We decided to get a deep clean as it had not been done in this home. The girls arrived on time (a little early) and got right to work. They are friendly, professional and completely thorough in their work. They reviewed what was going to been done on arrival and then talked about any problems they ran into during the cleaning ( There we’re none). I have yet to have a bad experience with this company. I highly recommend them.

I had a deep clean after a house renovation, and they did an excellent job. Since then I have used them for bi weekly cleanings and the house always looks and smells clean and fresh. I love coming home to a clean house. They are thorough and great communication about the time they will be there. Also they are great with my dogs. I am very happy with their service.

This establishment is garbage. They don’t value and appreciate the workers. They don’t pay you what they tell you upfront you’re supposed to be paid. And they’d rather lose good quality workers then fix their toxic leaders and managers. They dangle promotions over your head that amount to nothing because you cap out at a certain amount of hours. The people that run this organization think it’s the secret service or something not a business that’s predicated on cleaning houses. Class dismissed.

December 14, 2017I have gone through four other cleaning services in Medina in the past two years. There is a reason I no longer use any of them, poor quality of service. Lots of items not done, if done not done completely, had bottles of dusting oil left on top of my husband's laptop, permanent damage done to my stove from aggressive scrubbing (after I had to complain about inadequate cleaning for weeks before that, which resulted in it needing aggressive scrubbing to make up for the poor job done in the past), trash left on floor, you name it. i have had Petal Sweet for a few months now and am very pleased with the quality of the clean and the professionalism of the staff.
