Let him/her read the info on the rooms she is to clean4. Discuss the following areas in detail: KITCHEN BATHROOMS5. Introduce trainee to concepts of a Deep Clean, explain the difference between this and a general cleaning, show him/her the deep clean checklist and make sure they know the difference6. ASK FOR QUESTIONS!7. Start them do their own house checks, check after them8. Confirm they are clocking in and out correctly on maid central and confirm their location services are turned on.9. Have them come to the office with you, show them the back room, show them where to drop off checks, and how to fill out a tip sheet – If this does not happen on day 4, adjust it to another day in training.10.
